The role
An employment lawyer or fee earner with experience in contentious employment law is sought for a Sheffield-based practice with strong trade union links. The role involves managing a varied caseload, including employment tribunal work, and providing expert advice on employment matters. Candidates should be comfortable handling legal documentation, conducting consultations, and supporting clients through complex disputes. The position offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious employment law, with opportunities for skills development in litigation. A strong client-care approach, interest in employment law, and case management experience are preferred.
