The role
A Data Analyst in Boston is responsible for collaborating with technical and business teams to resolve data issues, supporting defect resolution processes, and acting as a subject matter expert in data and technology. The role involves troubleshooting data, understanding its relation to processes, and supporting the integration of new data sources by participating in requirements gathering and testing. Candidates will document product specifications and review SQL data manipulation language statements to address time-critical data issues, whilst enhancing operational procedures and stakeholder communication. They will continually contribute to software quality improvements and monitor data using data governance, lineage tools, and operational dashboards. The role requires applying knowledge of internal and external system integrations, troubleshooting data anomalies, and implementing solutions within a hybrid telecommuting environment.
