The role
Own end-to-end Life Sciences recruitment with a 360 approach, driving growth through a strong candidate pipeline.
Source, engage, and interview passive and active candidates via multiple channels; assess fit against role requirements.
Conduct phone or in-person interviews, qualify or reject candidates based on feedback and resume reviews.
Manage and nurture relationships, maintain pipeline for current and future openings, and strive to meet or exceed quotas.
On-site in NYC three days per week, with partial remote arrangements where applicable.
Collaborate with hiring teams to deliver high-quality hires in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Technology, Financial Services, and Legal sectors.
