The role
The finance analyst role in Aberdeen involves supporting period-end close activities, financial reporting, and internal controls within a dynamic team environment. The successful candidate will liaise with external auditors, assist with legal entity reporting, and be involved in data migration and ERP system changeovers to ensure data integrity. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, coordinating with shared service centres, and collaborating with various internal teams such as commercial and supply chain finance. The role requires a part-qualified accountant or graduate with skills in IFRS or UK GAAP, Excel, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience in financial systems and FMCG industry is advantageous, with additional exposure to system migrations being beneficial.
