The role
A Wills and Probate Lawyer handles estate planning, probate, and Lasting Powers of Attorney applications in Southampton. Responsibilities include managing caseloads involving wills, probates, and estate administration, with a focus on client advisory and legal documentation. Candidates should have at least two years' experience in wills and probate and familiarity with trust rules.
