The role
The role involves delivering process designs in FEED and EPC projects, undertaking process design work of units, and checking work for accuracy and compliance. The engineer will develop design bases, perform detailed calculations, and ensure standards and data conform to client and company requirements. Responsibilities include preparing process diagrams, equipment specifications, and process descriptions, as well as review and approval of process calculations. The position requires maintaining safety standards, environmental procedures, and participating in safety reviews like Hazops, SIL, and more. Candidates must possess a chemical engineering degree, chartered status, and experience with onshore oil and gas projects. Excellent communication skills, technical problem-solving, and familiarity with safety and environmental procedures are essential.
