The role
An Electrical Construction Manager oversees electrical construction activities on site, managing teams and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and programme adherence. The role involves supervising LV electrical systems and coordinating various site disciplines within a long-term project. Candidates are expected to have substantial electrical construction experience, especially in managing electrical teams and subcontractors. Knowledge of ITPs and quality documentation is essential, and experience with substations or power infrastructure is highly desirable. The position requires strong site management and communication skills, with the ability to work away from home from Monday to Friday. This role offers a secure, long-term contract with accommodation provided and weekly payments outside IR35.
