The role
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts, including NDAs, licensing agreements, and employment agreements.
Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from initiation to execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
Provide strategic legal advice on corporate matters, partnering with internal stakeholders such as sales, supply chain, and finance teams.
Collaborate with external vendors and legal counsel to support business operations and resolve legal issues.
Oversee global contracts, including international transactions with subsidiaries across multiple jurisdictions.
Conduct risk assessments and deliver practical, business-focused solutions in a fast-paced environment; support mergers, acquisitions, and corporate governance activities as needed.
