The role
A civil engineering contractor based in Birmingham is recruiting an experienced Senior Estimator to join its busy Pre-Construction team. The role involves preparing tender estimates, analysing documentation, and developing cost strategies for projects including highways and infrastructure, with responsibilities for risk management and stakeholder engagement. Candidates should have extensive civil engineering estimation experience, particularly in highways and public realm projects, with strong technical interpretation skills. They will need excellent commercial awareness, procurement knowledge, and stakeholder management abilities, working collaboratively in a proactive manner. The position offers the chance to influence tender strategies and contribute to project success across a variety of civil engineering projects in the Midlands and beyond.
