The role
Line 1: The Senior Account Manager maintains strong client relationships and delivers exceptional service for self-funded and level-funded employee benefits plans.
Line 2: Acts as the primary liaison among clients, prospects, the agency, and producers, handling inquiries, disputes, and escalations.
Line 3: Manages the end-to-end account lifecycle from marketing and carrier proposals to open enrollment and renewals.
Line 4: Analyzes proposals, calculates premiums and payroll deductions, and creates enrollment materials and client presentations.
Line 5: Ensures regulatory compliance (ACA/ERISA), educates clients on changes, and identifies opportunities for new business.
Line 6: Maintains accurate files, meets deadlines, and collaborates with teams to deliver timely, accurate service.
