The role
As a Lead Software Engineer, you will drive technical leadership across the product, shaping architecture decisions and engineering practices.
This hands-on role focuses on building scalable SaaS systems with strong emphasis on C# backend and Python components.
Key responsibilities include designing systems, driving CI/CD, ensuring reliability and performance, and collaborating with data scientists.
You will mentor a growing development team, promote high code quality, documentation, testing, and contribute to product strategy.
Required 5+ years of software development experience with strong backend expertise in C# and Python, and SQL.
Remote working is available with flexible arrangements to suit the team and project needs.
