The role
Lead the architecture, design, and development of a SaaS platform. Drive engineering best practices and maintain high standards of documentation, testing, and code quality. Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to align data needs with product goals. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance while overseeing CI/CD pipelines. Mentor and grow a high-performing development team and provide technical leadership. Contribute to product strategy alongside founders and commercial leads to influence direction.
