The role
As a Logistics Broker / Transport Account Manager in a 4PL operation, you deliver a one-stop transport and logistics management service from start to finish.
You’ll work with existing customers and subcontractors to drive growth, maintain haulier partnerships, and allocate loads for best margins.
You’ll schedule deliveries on time, monitor performance, and promptly communicate any delays to clients.
You’ll aim for target KPIs and keep all information accurate and up-to-date within the TMS.
This fast-paced role requires strong commercial awareness, exceptional customer service, and on-call availability on a rotating basis.
Based near Nuneaton, UK, with a competitive salary up to £34k (rising to £38k after probation) plus bonus, progression opportunities, and regular performance reviews.
