The role
Design, train, and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) that support reasoning and code generation.
Build efficient, stable, and scalable model training and evaluation pipelines.
Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to deploy and monitor models on GPU clusters.
Continuously optimize for latency, throughput, and accuracy using state-of-the-art optimization and inference techniques.
Lead quantization, pruning, and other deployment optimizations to deliver production-ready AI systems.
Stay up-to-date with advances in large-model training and deployment to drive the evolution of AI-driven software engineering.
