The role
Serve as the welcoming security presence at the front desk of a residential building, controlling access and managing visitors.
Provide courteous customer service to residents, staff, and guests while following site-specific security procedures.
Monitor entry activity and security systems to deter unauthorized access and respond to incidents, alarms, and urgent situations.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of visitor entries, deliveries, calls for service, and notable events.
Assist with issuing and tracking credentials, keys, and access permissions per site policy, and communicate with building management.
Work part-time shifts with a flexible platform, upholding values of agility, reliability, and integrity.
