The role

The role involves providing expert advice on policies, handling employee relations, and supporting full recruitment processes. The successful candidate will also organise training initiatives and establish apprenticeship programmes. Strong legal knowledge, relationship-building skills, and pragmatic problem-solving abilities are essential, alongside CIPD Level 5 qualification or higher. Travel to various sites in North West, Midlands, and the South will be required.
