The role
The role involves operating machinery, performing quality inspections, manual handling, and hand assembly of automotive components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include completing tasks such as despatch and inventory duties, participating in daily team meetings, and adhering to health and safety standards. Candidates should have previous manufacturing experience, a positive attitude, and confidence to take on additional responsibilities. Knowledge of production systems, use of hand tools, and forklift procedures are beneficial. The position offers a rotating two-shift pattern with good overtime rates and career development opportunities.
