The role
As a Commercial Legal Counsel supporting UK & Ireland, you will deliver strategic legal advice across commercial, marketing, procurement, digital, and operations teams.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements including marketing, IT, supply chain, and logistics contracts.
Provide guidance on advertising, promotions, and campaign clearance, and support regulatory inquiries and investigations.
Advise on IP and trademark matters, disputes, and general commercial litigation, along with data protection and GDPR compliance.
Partner with procurement on tenders and contract execution, and contribute to training and process improvements.
Thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and opportunities for professional growth.
