Listen actively to uncover the root of issues, explain options clearly, and stay calm under pressure.
Guide customers through questions, document call details, and maintain accurate records for follow-up.
Identify opportunities to introduce new or enhanced services that meet customer needs and add value.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service or sales experience.
