The role
A Senior Physiotherapist supports residents by providing specialist assessments, clinical diagnoses, and tailored interventions to promote mobility and independence. The role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop person-centred care plans, maintain accurate records, and promote dignity and choice. Candidates should possess a BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered, with a thorough understanding of physiotherapy best practice. Strong communication, organisational skills, and a caring approach are essential to motivate and encourage individuals. The position offers opportunities to work across multiple care homes within the Midlands, with regular supervision and career development. Candidates will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload and collaborating with families and healthcare professionals to optimise outcomes.
