The role
Lead the mobile engineering function to design and deliver scalable, high-performance React Native apps.
Define and implement the architecture strategy using TypeScript, Expo, Clean Architecture, MVVM, and modular patterns.
Architect reusable components, scalable state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API), and navigation strategies (React Navigation, Expo Router).
Drive native module integrations (Swift, Kotlin) for secure authentication, push notifications, analytics, and device security; optimize performance and offline capabilities.
Establish CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, EAS Build) and release governance while ensuring security, accessibility, and privacy compliance.
Mentor engineers, collaborate with product/design/backend/DevOps, and lead continuous improvement of the mobile platform.
