The role
Lead and architect scalable, high-performance React Native mobile applications using TypeScript, Expo, and modern mobile patterns.
Provide technical leadership, set architectural direction, and oversee daily mobile engineering operations across iOS and Android.
Design modular, reusable component systems and robust state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API) with clean navigation and deep linking.
Implement secure authentication flows (OAuth/OIDC), biometrics, secure storage, and token lifecycle management; integrate native modules in Swift and Kotlin.
Drive performance optimizations, CI/CD pipelines (Fastlane, EAS), release governance, testing (Jest, Detox), and store compliance.
Collaborate with backend, product, design, and DevOps teams; mentor engineers and contribute to long-term platform scalability.
