The role
A Senior Project Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle delivery of a large higher education project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to high standards. The role includes managing design, planning, construction, safety, and environmental compliance, as well as stakeholder relationships. Candidates should have extensive experience managing construction projects in a Tier 1 environment, with strong leadership, communication, and contractual knowledge. The position requires a relevant construction qualification, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, and a full driving licence. Flexibility in working hours is available, with an emphasis on safety, quality, and effective team management in a dynamic environment.
