Transport Planner - Groupage & Pallet Network

We are seeking an experienced Transport Planner to coordinate routing and daily operations for general haulage, groupage, and pallet network shipments. Plan and optimise routes to maximise efficiency, and manage daily vehicle and driver allocations. Monitor live operations and react quickly to delays or changes while maintaining service targets. Ensure compliance with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive, and all transport legislation. Communicate effectively with drivers, customers and internal teams, pre-briefing and debriefing daily runs. Troubleshoot transport challenges proactively and drive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
