The role
Lead end-to-end financial operations for multiple administrative departments, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Serve as the principal operational and strategic deputy to translate strategic objectives into executable financial plans.
Oversee the annual budgeting process, fiscal year-end close, and regular financial reporting for research units, ensuring timeliness and compliance.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals; foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.
Act as primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, driving cross-functional projects and process improvements.
Design and optimize financial and operational processes to enable data-informed decision-making and organizational effectiveness.
