The role
As a Facilities Maintenance Engineer, you will perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and building facilities to ensure continuous operations.
Identify and resolve technical issues within building services and fabric, and implement preventive and reactive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and collaborate with other departments to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance, and manage external contractors and service providers as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the facilities management team.
Requires hands-on electrical and mechanical capabilities, 18th Edition wiring regulations, and an HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
