The role
As a Supply Chain Management Analyst, you will synchronize material requirements across internal teams, suppliers and customers using SCM systems to meet capacity and delivery targets.
You will develop and control inventory plans to optimize levels and costs, drive exception resolution, and implement SCM best practices while influencing cross‑functional stakeholders.
Key duties include material requirements planning, order release and control, inventory optimization (safety stock, reorder points, days of inventory), and delinquency management.
You will support audits and compliance, lead process improvements, and provide material readiness input for bids and ramp-ups.
Coordinate with operations, quality, warehousing, purchasing, engineering, suppliers and customers to resolve supply issues and align priorities, while generating SCM performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires 6–8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel and ERP/MRP proficiency, and the ability to influence decisions across functions.
