The role
The Production Finance Analyst supports financial oversight for film productions, delivering cost analysis, reporting, and compliance across all production phases.
Key responsibilities include weekly cost analysis for active productions, month-end, quarter-end, and wrap reporting, plus ad-hoc financial requests.
Ensure SOX controls, audit readiness, and documentation while coordinating with Production, Accounting, and Studio executives.
Oversee onboarding into studio systems (SAP, Graphite, payroll platforms) and guide vendor onboarding, expense classification, and payment methods (invoice vs. payroll).
Collaborate cross-functionally with Physical Production, Post Production, and Corporate teams to maintain financial consistency and deliver executive insights.
Support leadership scheduling and executive deliverables with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
