The role
A community-based adult psychiatry specialty doctor is sought in Greater Manchester for a 3 to 6-month contract in North West England. The role involves providing psychiatric care to adult patients in a community setting, with duties including patient assessment and treatment planning. Candidates should possess section 12 approval and substantial relevant experience, ideally six months or more at a consultant level. The position offers a 5-day workweek with standard hours and the possibility of one remote day per week. The role requires a driver and relevant specialist skills in adult psychiatric practice.
