The role
Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI agent engineers to build production-grade AI agents for business processes.
Drive timely delivery of robust, scalable, and secure AI solutions that integrate with an enterprise platform and deliver excellent user experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies, including LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph), while engaging with external vendors and open-source communities.
Implement robust testing, monitoring, and feedback loops to ensure agent performance, privacy, compliance, and reliability at global scale.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and lead hiring and development of engineers across cross-functional teams.
