The role
Own and advance large-scale machine learning algorithms and industry-leading recommendation systems to optimize user retention.
Translate data into real-world experiences through strong data sensitivity and analytical skills.
Deliver end-to-end ML solutions by combining deep system understanding with experimentation across diverse scenarios.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to formulate problems, design, refine, and test algorithms and strategies.
Lead and coordinate projects across time zones, balancing experimentation with production readiness.
Requirements include a master's or higher in CS/ML, 4+ years in recommender systems or ML, proficiency in Python and/or C/C++, and strong communication and teamwork.
