The role
Lead research and development of advanced ML algorithms to improve personalization for live streaming and e-commerce recommendations.
Leverage LLMs, graph neural networks, and full-lifecycle user behavior data to infer intents and predict interests, especially for cold-start users.
Simplify and strengthen end-to-end recommendation chains, enabling better real-time adaptation to dynamic content and user signals.
Address challenges like data sparsity, short latency requirements, and maintaining content diversity.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; communicate complex results clearly and contribute to scalable production-ready solutions.
PhD preferred; strong programming and software design skills; expertise in ML/NLP/data mining; experience with recommender systems is a plus.
