The role
Lead end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, and interviews to fill roles efficiently.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and provide recruitment support.
Plan and execute onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Manage the company's social media channels to promote career opportunities and culture.
Create engaging content (posts, visuals, videos) for recruitment and employer branding.
Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies and help resolve workplace issues while supporting engagement initiatives.
