The role
Human Resource Manager:
Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
Partner with management to implement HR strategies aligning with business objectives and enhance employee engagement.
Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Manage talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Implement learning and development programs.
Provide guidance on compensation and benefits.
Ensure a positive company culture.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
4-6 years of progressive HR experience or 7 years without degree.
High proficiency in communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
SHRM-SCP or PHR-HRC certification preferred.
