Transport Planner

Role: Transport Planner within the Transport Team, responsible for day-to-day planning in a fast-paced environment during night shifts. Create efficient transport plans using the latest Transport Management System (TMS) and coordinate with Transport and Warehouse teams. Consolidate 400+ orders into loads every 24 hours and subcontract/planning across multiple UK facilities. Plan the daily fleet workload (site and outbases) and schedule approximately 100 collections per day on a time-critical basis. Monitor, report issues, maintain and exceed KPIs, and pursue continuous improvements under pressure. Hours: 18:00-04:00, 5 days from 7, with flexibility to peak periods and adapt to demand.
