The role
The Compliance Manager oversees safety and quality assurance at multiple depots, ensuring adherence to legislation and organisational standards. They perform inspections, audits, and manage procedures related to hygiene, allergen control, and pest management, supporting certification attainment such as BRCGS and Organic. The role involves analysing incident trends, developing reports, and providing specialist safety advice to improve working practices. Candidates should hold NEBOSH General Certificate, Level 3 HACCP, and internal auditing qualifications, with good PC literacy and communication skills. The position requires the ability to work independently and within a team to meet tight deadlines and drive continuous improvement in safety and quality standards.
