The role
Take ownership of complex corporate matters, leading mid-to-large scale transactions for clients with commercial clarity and precision.
We require 5+ years PQE and an ambition to advance as a Corporate Senior Associate or a senior Associate taking on greater responsibility.
Lead due diligence processes, deal structuring, and execution of M&A and private equity transactions, drafting and negotiating key agreements.
Provide guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across cross-border matters.
Manage client relationships, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with other practice groups to deliver integrated solutions.
Based in Leeds with a hybrid/partial remote-work setup, offering a clear path to senior-level leadership within a dynamic team.
