The role
Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and design effective strategies for GTM, G&A, and operations.
Source and screen candidates through job boards, social platforms, and referrals while managing a full slate of 10-12 requisitions.
Provide timely updates and feedback to hiring teams, ensuring alignment and clear communication throughout the process.
Deliver a thoughtful, engaging candidate experience from outreach to offer and facilitate a smooth interview process.
Contribute to improving recruiting workflows and documentation across business functions, collaborating with coordinators and other recruiters.
Demonstrate 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced environments, with strong interpersonal skills, organization, and data-driven mindset.
