The role
Coordinate water hauling and disposal operations within the oil and gas sector, collaborating with field teams, trucking partners, and supply chain stakeholders.
Process invoices, create and code work orders and purchase orders, and align with general ledger accounts using SAP.
Maintain data in simple databases or spreadsheets, track job status, and convert field data into electronic records.
Manage vendor relationships and support accounts payable to ensure timely payments and audit readiness.
Assist operations teams in water transportation and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Operate in a fast-paced environment, delivering accurate documentation and high-quality service while handling multiple tasks.
