The role
Support and contribute to manufacturing programs, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop, modify, and test manufacturing processes, methods, and equipment requirements.
Lead process improvements across production flow, assembly methods, and production equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles, conduct time studies, and drive ongoing optimization.
Create and maintain detailed work instructions, prepare First Article Inspections (FAIs), and manage data for change requests.
Monitor capability and performance data (OEE) and maintain databases in Solumina and NetInspect; requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
