The role
Instruct safe and effective group exercise classes across multiple formats, tailoring to all fitness levels.
Lead high-energy, engaging sessions while adhering to certified class formats and safety guidelines.
Maintain nationally accredited certifications and relevant format credentials; keep CPR and First Aid up to date.
Demonstrate excellent verbal communication and public speaking to motivate participants and deliver outstanding customer service.
Attend instructor trainings, follow policies and procedures, and maintain a professional disposition aligned with brand standards.
Adapt class content to demand, address member requests, and escalate issues as needed to management.
