The role
The Cloud Operations Manager oversees global cloud deployment, monitoring, and governance to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. They will lead, coach, and manage international Cloud Operations Engineers, establishing standardised processes and operational routines. The role involves managing incident response, analysing operational data, and coordinating releases and changes in cloud services, primarily within Microsoft Azure and AWS environments. They are responsible for maintaining operational standards, improving efficiency, and promoting the value of the team across various business units. The manager will support team growth, manage stakeholder reporting, and ensure compliance with service level agreements while working from Dudley or Plzeň. This position requires technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, leadership skills, and strong communication abilities to operate within a global, fast-paced environment.
