The role
Owns the program-level quality strategy and delivery for high-volume data initiatives in AI training.
Leads a team of Analysts and Coordinators, guiding performance, coaching, and career development.
Co-owns client governance with Ops to align scope, priorities, and change requests.
Creates standardized SOPs, rubrics, and training paths to ensure consistent quality and certification.
Defines dashboards and metrics to drive improvements in speed, quality, and cost; ensures audit readiness.
Manages risk, CAPA, and compliance, while sponsoring automation pilots and collaborating with Ops Tech/Product.
