The role
Represent a luxury food & beverage cart on-site at high-end events, delivering a seamless guest experience.
Independently set up, operate, and break down the cart while maintaining an immaculate, visually striking presentation.
Serve charcuterie, caviar, and beverages to guests in accordance with refined service standards.
Manage inventory, timing, and supplies throughout events, ensuring strict adherence to food safety protocols.
Engage guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion, while coordinating with internal teams as needed.
Availability for evenings and weekends required; required certifications include TABC, Food Handlers, and Cottage Food Certificate.
