The role
Develop and maintain SQL queries to analyze complex financial data and support payments health initiatives.
Improve observability by identifying gaps and delivering actionable insights to enhance monitoring systems.
Actively hunt for patterns and anomalies in data that could indicate threats or operational issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate relevant data for informed engineering decisions.
Design and implement real-time dashboards and establish KPIs to monitor system health and progress.
Mentor junior team members, communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and drive process improvements to reduce toil.
