The role
Lead a cross-functional team to define, incubate, and scale ML/AI applications across the product suite.
Shape the organization-wide strategy for ML/AI initiatives and partner with business leaders to identify areas for investment.
Collaborate with product teams to execute roadmaps and launch new ML-powered applications that deliver measurable outcomes.
Communicate clearly with leadership, aligning multiple teams around AI-centric objectives and milestones.
Develop and execute a strategy for advancing ML infrastructure, tooling, and agent-based capabilities across the platform.
Apply user-centric, data-driven thinking to build products that deliver delight, trust, and business value.
