The role
An Infrastructure Support Engineer supports and maintains network and system infrastructure, troubleshooting issues relating to networking, servers, and security technologies. They participate in infrastructure projects, deliver technical assessments, and act as an escalation point for complex technical problems. The role involves supporting a variety of IT systems including firewalls, Microsoft 365, DNS, DHCP, and virtualisation platforms, while working both remotely and onsite at customer locations. Candidates should have experience in customer-focused IT environments, with skills in networking, firewalls, and cloud services. The position requires travel to client sites and a full UK driving licence. This role offers the chance to engage in technical projects, advice, and customer support within a hybrid work structure.
