The role
Design and develop HVAC and plumbing systems for projects ranging from feasibility studies to master planning.
Incorporate sustainability, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and green building practices to meet client requirements.
Perform code compliance reviews and site studies to ensure designs align with federal, state, and local regulations.
Mentor junior engineers, supervise project work, and contribute to technical knowledge through documentation and publications.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams and sales to promote solutions, attend industry conferences, and support growth.
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, EIT/FE within 18 months, 5 years of related experience, and up to 10% travel with hybrid work options.
