The Staff Data Scientist leads and manages data science projects from ideation to delivery, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs. You will design and maintain data models, algorithms, and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making. Analyze large, high-dimensional datasets to identify trends and insights that shape product strategy, experiments, and optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to translate requirements into actionable insights. Ensure data quality and integrity through audits, validation, and governance, and mentor junior scientists to foster continuous learning. Bring advanced analytics, A/B testing, and ML to production-ready solutions that drive measurable business outcomes in Payments, ecommerce, or SaaS domains.
