The role
Realityjam offers an apprenticeship programme for aspiring game developers in a remote environment, specialising in Unity and game asset creation. Participants will initially undergo a foundation training course to enhance their skills and gain professional credits for actual game projects. Following this, successful apprentices will undertake a further year of practical work as junior game artists, focusing on world-building and in-game content development for MMO titles. The programme includes industry-recognised certification from Unity, enhancing candidates' employment prospects globally. Work is performed remotely using collaboration tools like Discord and Jira, with periodic gatherings for feedback and networking. Opportunities following completion include employment offers for entry-level roles in game design or development.
